Electrostatic painting is a powder coating of great resistance and durability, made up of a homogeneous mixture of small particles of pigments, resins and minerals. This fine material adheres to the surfaces to be painted through the effect of static electricity, obtaining a uniform finish and hermetic sealing.

This coating is applied with a powder coating machine, which mixes air with the particles and charges them electrically. The electrostatic paint is strongly attracted to a grounded surface. It is then transferred to a curing oven which melts the particles and bonds them permanently to the surface giving a perfectly smooth, high-quality and durable finish.
